These terms govern your use of AdsFlows (adsflows.com), operated by [Company name, registered address, VAT/company number].

1. The service

AdsFlows is a subscription that gives you access to a library of editable static ad templates (delivered as Canva links), accompanying copy, guides and bonus materials.

2. Trial and billing

• The trial costs $2.97, charged at signup, and lasts 7 days.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership renews automatically at $19.97 per month (or the annual price shown at checkout) until you cancel.
• Each renewal is charged to the payment method you provided. You can see your next billing date on your account page at any time.
• Prices exclude any taxes that apply in your country, which are shown at checkout.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account page in one click. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refunds & Cancellation policy.

4. License

• While your membership is active, you may use the templates to create ads for your own brands and for clients.
• Ads you create and publish are yours to keep running after you cancel.
• You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the templates, Canva links, copy files or bonus materials themselves, or use them to build a competing template product.
• We may suspend accounts that share access or links.

5. No performance guarantee

Templates are selected using public signals such as run time and engagement. Advertising results depend on your product, offer, targeting and budget. We do not guarantee any specific result.

6. Third-party services

AdsFlows is not affiliated with Meta or Canva. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.
